Consent Agreement
By entering this competition, the entrant agrees and acknowledges:
- to clear all licenses, copyrights, and permissions to ensure that the submission can legally and ethically be presented by Grave Reviews Inc. (hereinafter, “GR”) on YouTube and the Grave Reviews website, (i.e. www.gravereviews.com).
- That the work they are submitting is their own as well as the rights of the video and that they grant GR the limited rights to display, post, upload and share the work on gravereviews.com and social media links including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, or any other social media platform.
- In consideration of having the chance to win a cash prize, GR, Inc. reserves the right to continue to post and display the owner’s video content after the competition has been created for future competitions.
- That GR is not claiming credit for the owner’s work in any way, other than displaying the video content.
- That GR will not claim credit for the makeup design, work or prosthetic effects used in the video nor will GR utilize those works for a future purpose.
- Prize money will be subject to all applicable fees and conversion rates set forth by PayPal.
- Prize money will be provided in US Currency. Any conversion thereafter will be subject to the applicable conversion rates as stated in paragraph six (6).
- You are responsible to assure that your PayPal account is active and current.
- If in the event your PayPal account is not working, GR will make its best effort to reach out to the winner to remedy and fix the PayPal account in order to receive payment.
- GR reserves the right to deny entry to a competitor if the requirements of the submission are not met.
- GR will tally the results (i.e. YouTube “Likes”) of the video on November 15, 2021 at midnight.
- This competition will be judged by the people and GR will not participate in the judgment of the videos.
- All Email and PayPal information will be held internally and will not be divulged to third-parties.
- GR does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
