A Look At This Year’s New Disney Villain Merchandise
As dear to our hearts certain Disney heroes and heroines are, there’s nothing as iconic as the Disney villains of lore. From the classic animated movies to the modern remakes, these villains are nothing short of memorable for Disney fans—so it’s no wonder then that merchandise featuring them are certified crowd-pleasers.

Gadgets and gizmos aplenty
New phone cases and magnets have arrived to dazzle guests at Florida’s Walt Disney World Resort. This new line up includes some familiar faces such as Snow White and the Seven Dwarves’ Evil Queen serving some cold looks, the Little Mermaid’s Ursula giving a delicious grin, and Sleeping Beauty’s Maleficent surrounded by her signature green flames. If you can’t choose between these delectable designs, you can always go for the phone case that has all three with the addition of Hercules’ Hades and The Princess and the Frog’s Dr. Facilier.
Meanwhile, the new magnets on display feature additional details such as a color overlay and iconic quotes from each villain. The unforgettable “who is the fairest of them all” adorns the Evil Queen’s crown while “so much for true love” and lackeys Flotsam and Jetsam accompany Ursula. Finally, Maleficent commands you to “fall under my spell” as she peers into your soul with her slitted green eyes.
Each phone case retails for $34.99 while the magnets are $14.99. You can get these merch at the Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. gift shop. The phone cases are for the Iphone 12.
Spook N style
Disney has unveiled the merch to watch out for this year in their recent Halfway to Halloween celebration. Notably, some fashion-forward Cruella-themed outfits for Disney nuiMOs—or tiny plush dolls of Disney characters—are being released early June. The edgier prequel saw the eponymous designer wearing punky avant-garde clothes and now you too can dress your nuiMOS in haute couture!
The fashion fun is also far from over—in July, a Disney villains streetwear collection will be hitting the shelves. Featuring Ursula, Maleficent, Hades, and many more classic evildoers, the sneak peek promised hip and comfy pieces with neon embellishments. These merch will be available for purchase online and in Disney stores everywhere.

On pins and needles
Walt Disney World Resort will be holding their second virtual pin event titled Heroes vs Villains on December 4, 2021. While the previous event celebrated 20 years of Disney pins, this new one will reveal a new line of pins featuring Disney’s roster of heroes and villains!
Pin collectors from all over the world will get the chance to participate in the ultimate Disney virtual experience as Professor H.V. Yensid reveals what separates good from evil. While there aren’t much details yet, Heroes Vs Villains will surely be an unmissable opportunity to see Disney villains together—and of course, score some limited edition pins too.
More than just stealing scenes onscreen, Disney villains have made their mark offscreen as well. Seeing the diverse and exciting merchandise coming our way this year has once again confirmed that with Disney, the classic tale of good and evil will never get old.
